Disconnect: Sinch

This screen allows you to disconnect toll-free numbers for Sinch.

To access the Sinch tab of Disconnect, select the Disconnect link located in the Number Admin section of the menu and then select the Sinch tab. The following will appear in the workspace frame:

To disconnect a toll-free number, enter the Toll Free Number and, optionally, the Customer Order Reference.

Select the button. A message will appear in the response frame indicating the status of the request.

Batch Disconnect

This function allows you to disconnect a list of toll free numbers. All disconnect requests will have the same Account Number and Service Type.

Select the button. The Batch Popup will appear. See Batches in the Common Features section for details on the Batch Popup.
